In 2024, I joined HypeJoe Games as a Senior Programmer and was soon promoted to Tech Lead, overseeing an 8-person engineering team across Gameplay, Core Systems, DevOps, Backend, and QA.
I designed and deployed a multi-layered architecture using Unreal Engine 5, AWS GameLift, and Node.js microservices, integrating Docker and Kubernetes for scalable, low-latency deployments.
Also introduced Epic’s Mutable System to support advanced in-game customization, established coding standards, conducted code reviews, and built the company’s core infrastructure from the ground up.
