Cosmic Intruders

Cosmic Intruders is a Space Invaders clone that I created in 2017 as a technical test for the Miniclip Web Client Developer position. I was so lucky to work on this since Space Invaders is in my top 10 favorite games list (it even deserves a tattoo!). The project was built in C++ with SDL2, and I used Emscripten to compile it for the web.

I got hired and in 2018 I moved to Portugal to work abroad for the first time - what an amazing experience! In 2023, I created a landing page for the project, trying to replicate old arcade cabinet vibes. You can play the game directly in your browser and it feels just like the classic!
