At Sundown
In 2016-2017, I worked at Firehorse Studio on At Sundown, creating bindings for the Alienware AlienFX SDK within Unity. Much like my work on Let Them Come, the goal was to integrate Alienware lighting effects, but this time in the Unity engine using C# instead of Game Maker.
I created a C++/C# bridge to make the AlienFX SDK accessible from Unity, providing game developers with seamless access to control Alienware laptop lighting. This was more straightforward than the Game Maker integration since Unity has better support for native plugins, but it still required careful design to make the API easy to use from C# scripts.
